For the Full Course, we have a monthly retainer cost, with any additional, outside vendor costs pre-approved before invoicing. By far our best value, our monthly retainer fee includes a dedicated team of seasoned professionals and all the services outlined in the table above. Following initial meetings, a detailed program scope and engagement letter will be presented to the client for approval.
However, for those looking for more modest goals, such as a press release and associated media outreach, case histories, basic refocusing of web and marketing content and collateral, updating basic company information, a simple email campaign, we can price on a per project or an à la carte basis. This is a practical approach for those looking to take their brand profile and communications to the next level, but are not familiar with the terrain because they haven’t been exposed to marketing and media relations previously.
Whichever model is selected, we’ll draft the scope of the work, the expected tasks to be completed, the desired results and the number of hours available to complete the job. For longer term projects we’ll account for hours expended on a monthly basis and present milestone completions as we go along.
